If Empowerment Oasis, PLLC is an Out-of-Network provider with your insurance plan, I'm pleased to offer you the convenience of a superbill for potential reimbursement. This option enhances accessibility, allowing you to choose the therapist and healing options that best suit your needs.

 

Please note: You are responsible for taking charge of your insurance coverage by contacting your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement options. If you have any questions or need assistance navigating this process, feel free to discuss it during our sessions. Your well-being is a priority, and I am here to support you on your journey to empowerment and healing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be advised that therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for our patients. When a session is canceled without adequate notice, it deprives others of the opportunity to utilize that time for their own therapeutic needs. To ensure fairness and availability for all, a $65 session fee will be charged for any missed or late-cancelled appointments without a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. This policy applies to all patients and is implemented to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system. You may cancel sessions ahead of time through the patient portal. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
